In the admin area you will find a photo uploader which allows your photo to be displayed in all relevant areas especially in our photo gallery of therapists where very little information is shown, so first impressions count. Make the most of it. Within your admin area you will find clear instructions on how to make the best of your photo and instructions to take.

BIO

All therapists are required to write a bio about themselves. On your bio you can talk about whatever you think people will be interested in to help gain their interest and trust in you. We will help and assist you in writing a professional bio.

Your Bio could consist of:

a. Why you became and the pathway you took to become a therapist.

c. Qualifications

d. Character references

Your Bio will also be picked up by google direct from our web site. So as you can appreciate your bio is very important and it is your chance to create an excellent impression and stand out from the rest.

E. ALERT CLOCK

On the initial consultation our countdown clock will initiate a free 15 minutes session with a pop-up alert notifying both parties that they have only 5 minutes of free advice left before the chargeable session begins. Likewise, when the session is coming to an end a pop-up alert will commence 10 minutes and 5 minutes respectively before the end of the session allowing both parties to decide on future appointments. The countdown to end of session clock will be visible on the screen.

F. AUTOMATIC BOOKINGS

A confirmation e mail will be sent thanking them on your behalf for the booking.

A reminder e mail will be sent to both parties 24 hours prior to the appointment

G. BOOKING NOTIFICATIONS

During the session, your client can also text you via our integrated chat box or upload any documents they might wish you to see.

We have developed an app (located in the admin area) when downloaded it will notify you of a booking and switch off the green availability light. It also has a sleep mode function where after 30 minutes of inactivity either on the PC or Mobile phone it will switch off the green availability light.

4. UNLIMITED BOOKINGS AND VIDEO

RESTRICITIONS? There are none.

 We never place restrictions on how many booking or instant bookings that are made. It is totally up   to you if in doubt and you have spare time activate the Green light, you never know who your next client might be.

5. RATES OF PAY

PAYMENTS

All payments will be made 3 days after payment by the client.

An invoice will automatically be generated and sent to both parties with the following relevant information, name of client, date, time, and length of session.

 PAY

 Your rates of pay will be display at an hourly rate with clients being able to choose

 pre -determined sessions lasting  45/60/90/120 minutes.

STERLING

All payments will initially be in sterling with other currencies being available at a later date.

VAT

All prices will include VAT if applicable and will automatically workout the fees to be charged.

PRICE CHANGES

You can alter your prices at any time e.g. you can have special rates for clients which you can input before the booking and when finished reset it to the original price.
